*Check all shipments immediately for damages in transit and report any damage to your local carrier. Your only recourse is with the delivering carrier and we will not accept return of merchandise damaged in transit.

*No merchandise is to be returned without written permission from the factory and when so authorized, shipment must be returned transportation prepaid. Merchandise returned without written permission will be refused and held by carrier at the shipper's expense, pending disposition. No returns after 30 days

*Any product that is ordered with a customer requested modification, from the original design, is deemed to be "customer request modified" and can not be returned.

*All returned shipments are subject to a restocking charge of 25% plus all transportation charges unless iBox is at fault. No credit will be issued for damaged merchandise.

*Prices and models subject to change without notice.

*Shipping charges are extra. Because of the constant fluctuations in fuel prices, all shipping quotations are valid for 1 day.

*Duties, Custom's fees and taxes may apply.

*Any demo product that is returned, customer pays shipping both ways.
